Welcome to LAW and LIFE LIVE!  This week we are discussing relocation with a child, what you can do, what you can not do, and what you should do.  Florida as a statute that applies to relocating with a child, Chapter 61.13001.

We are seeing a lot of these cases pop up because of the current state of the economy and job market.  There are very specific requirements that must be met before relocating with a child.  If you do not fulfill the requirements, you could find yourself being ordered to move back.
