    Today’s guest has a special place in my heart. Karin Hagelin is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and certified in EFT Tapping. Karin helped me tremendously after my brother passed away in 2013 and introduced me to the amazing powers of EFT.

    We are talking about the different aspects of grief and when we can feel loss besides when someone we love passes away especially with what is happening this year with COVID.
    Karin shares some amazing insights and tips on what we can do to support ourselves and others. She gives us a good explanation of what grief is all about, points out that grief is not only associated with someone having passed away, and describes the biggest misconception with regard to loss.

    Furthermore many people often don’t know what to say or do when someone is going through a difficult time. Karin shares with us what she feels is most helpful and how support could look like.

    Karin is originally from Sweden and has been living in Zurich since 2005. She is a mother of 3, her oldest daughter passed away at only 8 months. Karin is generously offering to all the listeners a free discovery session of 45 minutes.

    Cris Bueno is my guest in this episode. I met Cris Bueno a few years ago when she came to one of my yoga retreats. Right from the beginning, Cris struck me as a young dynamic, and ambitious woman, and I am thrilled to have her on my podcast today. We talk about what it means to be young, female, and successful in the finance sector in Switzerland. Cris shares her refreshing insight and experiences.

    During this conversation, we touch on topics such as the question “When being promoted in the banking industry, what was more challenging being a woman or being very young?”. Another quite interesting topic is the actual development of working environments. And yes, we also touch on the subject of “Money and wealth are still a pretty big taboo topic”.

    Cris also talks about her own experiences with burnout and lets us know how she handled it.

    Cris is an economist by education and a banker by profession. Since finishing her studies in London, she has had the opportunity to work with several Swiss institutions, from global banks to local family offices. She was only 27 years old when she was appointed Vice President in one of Switzerland's top 2 banks.
