There's always a higher version of our self calling out for expression, we just need to sit with ourselves to visualise what that version is and how we intend to get there. In this episode, I shared some tips from my personal journal and the steps I intend to take as I evolve into my higher self in 2023. Cheers to growth!

For sometime now, I've been sitting on this, but I'm glad I finally got to share. On this episode, "The Rookie's Guide to Networking", I provided steps or call it a road map, where I shared how you can make the most of networking and building a solid and sustainable connection when you meet people. As always, I hope this helps you as a rookie trying to navigate your networking experience. I also hopes it helps and reminds you (the experienced networker) on how to stay human when networking.

After over a year since the last time I dropped an episode on my podcast channel, I’m pleased at myself for showing up for this episode. For everyone who reached out, a very huge thank you for the push and for softly nudging me to not give up on sharing my stories. For anyone listening to this, I hope you’re inspired by it.
