    The federal tipped minimum wage has not been raised from $2.13 in nearly three decades. Three servers speak about why this must change, outlining how this affects servers day to day. Tipped minimum wages creates financial insecurity among servers. Wage vulnerabilty also increases the prominence of sexual assault in the restraunt industry. The participants discuss these issues as well as hot topics like the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic on the restaurant industry, as well as politicians denouncing tipped wage. The participants offer multiple perspectives having worked a variety of positions in a variety of locations, including states like Washington where the abolishment of tipped wage has proven viable.
