Mama Jayce Tham co-founded CreativesAtWork in 2012 to match media freelancers to potential project owners to produce high-quality creative works. With a community of more than 1500 members, her wide network across Southeast Asia matches 300 projects to freelancers annually.
Jayce and her community are also actively involved in charting the development of the future of the freelance industry.
