    Charles 'Chuck' Ritter is a Retired U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant Major Green Beret. Having served multiple combat deployments - 17 in total - to areas including Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, & Syria, Chuck has an extensive military career spanning over 27 years in service, primarily with the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). He was blown up by an IED in 2008, shot three times by a PKM in 2013, and caught another bullet in his right hand in 2014, earning him the unofficial title of 'bullet magnet', and he has received numerous awards for his valor including the Silver Star, Bronze Star for Valor, and three Purple Heart Medals. Recently, Chuck completed his tenure as the Deputy Commandant for the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School’s (USAJFKSWCS) Non-Commissioned Officer Academy at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He founded Lycos Group LLC, a leadership consulting company and also co-hosted the podcast 'Pineland Underground' for the Special Warfare Center and School. Since then, he's co-founded Objective Arete, an organization focused on personal excellence and self-efficacy, where he also co-produces 'The Objective Arete Podcast.'     Chris Fettes is a former U.S. Navy SEAL who served for 13 years with SEAL Team 10 and the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). He deployed to combat zones in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia, where he served as a sniper and earned a Bronze Star at JTAC. A notable marksman, Fettes once made a 900-yard sniper shot on an enemy in Somalia, and would often bring a high-end ice cream machine on deployments to make ice cream for his teammates and local children.     Marc Gonsalves is an American who was held hostage by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) from February 13th, 2003 to July 2nd, 2008. A former imagery analyst in the U.S. Air Force, Marc was working as a civilian military contractor on a drug surveillance mission in Colombia when his single-engine plane crashed in the jungle. Upon being swiftly captured by the FARC, Marc would go on to live as an active hostage alongside fellow contractors Tom Howes and Keith Stansell for the next five years.  In July 0f 2008, Marc, Tom, and Keith would be rescued in Operation Jaque by the Colombian Security Forces. For their ordeal, all three men were awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for the Defense of Freedom on March 12th, 2009. In 2022, Scott was selected as the pilot for SpaceX's Polaris Dawn mission, which launched in September 2024. During the nearly five-day mission, the crew achieved the highest Earth orbit flown by humans since the Apollo program, conducted the first commercial spacewalk, and tested Starlink laser-based communications in space.     Robert "Bob" Harward is a retired United States Navy SEAL and a former Deputy Commander of the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) under General James Mattis. He served for 34 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring in November 2013 as a Vice Admiral. As a Navy SEAL, he had extensive combat experience in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Somalia, Yemen, and Bosnia, where he led the U.S. Special Operations invasion of Afghanistan after 9/11 and oversaw the Navy SEALs role in Iraq in 2003. He also served as Deputy Commander of U.S. Joint Forces Command, and even served as a SEAL Leader back when Mike first enlisted at SEAL Teams at only 19 years old. Since then, Bob has served on the National Security Council during the Bush administration as well as having commissioned the National Counter Terrorism Center. He also was the Chief Executive for Lockheed Martin Middle East for eight years, and was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 50 most influential CEO's in the Middle East. In 2017, he was offered the position of National Security Advisor by President Donald Trump, but declined. Recently he authored a book titled "The Gouge!: How To Be Smarter Than the Situation You Are In," which shares his leadership philosophy based on his military and corporate experiences.
