In this episode of the OFA Pod, Dr. Christina Runge talks to Professors Staci Young and Michael DeBisschop about the proposals being made to MCW's promotion and tenure processes as a result of the two-year long holistic review, conducted by faculty workgroups. Drs. Young and DeBisschop talk specifically about how these changes may impact faculty, and how faculty can provide feedback before these proposals are considered by Faculty Council.
