Basically what I do here is I’ll invite a friend to the podcast, they’ll say no, then I’ll invite a family member who says no, then I’ll buy someone I know a drink and ask that person to join me on my podcast, and then they have to say yes. We’ll start off talking about how we know each other and our history together, then my friend picks a topic they know a lot about that I probably don’t know much about, and we’ll talk about it for an hour or so. Then I’ll sign off and let you know who my next friend to be interviewed is.

    Introduction

Welcome to People Advocate, a podcast where I interview smart people about things. I’m your host, Dennis. I’m 25 years old, born and raised in the Upper Midwest. I have a BA in psychology with an emphasis on neuroscience research. Basically what I do here is I’ll invite a friend to the podcast, they’ll say no, then I’ll invite a family member who says no, then I’ll buy someone I know a drink and ask that person to join me on my podcast, and then they have to say yes. Then I’ll sign off and let you know who my next friend to be interviewed is.

So, coming up in my first episode will be my own non-binary sibling, and we’ll be talking about... Bears?
