I like the weekly Run to the Top Podcast a lot, as it gives in depth information on running and training. This additional, almost daily "Extra Kick" is a great supplement. As a listener, you feel even more connected to the running experts, and other runners ask the questions you might have been wondering about long before. Great Podcast to listen to during my easy runs!
