Saša Kerkoš talked about the thin line between two clauses in the author’s contract: the demand that the author relinquish his rights once and for all time in all cases, and the inalienability of the author’s moral rights.

Kakšne avtorske pogodbe so avtorji prisiljeni podpisovati in kakšen je njihov položaj v odnosu do naročnika? V kakšnem okolju deluje mlad oblikovalec na začetku kariere in kako lahek plen postane za naročnike, imetnike avtorskih pravic, ki njegov izdelek tržijo.
Saša je omenila tanko linijo med členoma avtorske pogodbe: po enem avtor odstopi svoje pravice enkrat za vselej in za vse primere, po drugem je moralna avtorska pravica neodtuljiva.
