Short Breathwork Session The Enoki Tribe Podcast

    • Gesundheit und Fitness

This session was recorded during one of my online classes. We start by inhaling through the nose (full lungs) for two counts and – without pausing between the breaths – exhaling all the air out through the open mouth for four counts. After about 45 breaths, I will ask you to fully exhale all the air out of your lungs and then hold the breath for as long as it feels comfortable to you (sometimes swallowing helps), then you inhale fully and hold the air in again, as long as you can. We continue with a 4:4 and 2:2 sequence. I will be guiding you throughout the whole practice. You can do this session either sitting upright on a chair, on the floor (cross-legged or on the shins), lying down on your mat or bed. Whatever is most comfortable for you.
