Conditioned to sleep in minutes
I love Karissa‘s voice and my favorite episode about the Hawaiian rainforest has become a night time staple. I have struggled with insomnia for a while and discovered this podcast. Hawaii is a very special place for me and I fell in love with that episode. Ironically I have conditioned myself so well with it that I hardly make it farther than a few minutes in ❤️🌸 Barbara

Hey Karissa,
I just want you to know that Sleep Wave is my last but not least option to fall asleep! I‘ve been on SSRI for months and again my insomnia is back, so I take Melatonin once in a while to sleep easily, and when it doesn‘t work, I just play an Episode, which I find Episode 142 the best ever! Thank you so much!
