Mike Farrell is an Online Health Coach, adventure seeking adrenaline fanatic who enjoys fitness, physical challenges, outdoor activity, coffee and Cabernet Sauvignon!   

He began his health journey 16 years ago out of necessity to strengthen his body after having a undergone a major spinal fusion surgery as a teenager.   

This left his body weak, fragile, and severely limited his daily abilities.   

In his Sophomore year of high school, he found strength training to be an outlet for emotional trauma he had built up and a way to re-strengthen his young body from the surgery!     

Fitness soon became a lifelong passion which led to an increased curiosity in nutrition and overall health, ultimately leading him to earn his degree in Health & Exercise Science and begin his career in Health.   

He has been a certified personal trainer for the past 5 years, taught over 1,800 group fitness classes, and now get's to spread his passion for Health & Fitness all over the world through online health coaching, empowering other's to take control of their health through movement and nutrition!

Learn the difference between finding a different perspective when things don't go your way, and how it can change how you feel.   

When things don't go our way it is easy to be frustrated, angry and stressed out. 

When we react this way it only creates negative feelings, we don't have a good time and our energy becomes negative.   

By reframing the situation with a different perspective we then can create new possibilities and outcomes no matter the situation. 

When we look for the good in things we can find humor and create a new energy that literally changes how we feel.   

Not only do we feel better but we create positive energy and things begin to shift and go our way.   

There is always a different perspective in anything we're dealing with. It may not be easy but it's there if we just try.   

By using our mind to find a different perspective we beat the enemy that tries to tie us up with frustration, fear, stress and anxiety.  

There are blessing, gifts, and even miracles that we can create just by having a different perspective and mindset.
