    My guest this week is Erin Holding. Erin has been an international teacher for 9 years in Qatar. She is part of the middle management team and works on developing digital innovations across the academy as well as being an Upper KS2 teacher and computing lead. Erin is also the mum of 2 adorable boys under 2 who loves watching children grow and seeing passion motivate them to success.

    - one-and-done learning activities, and what that looks like with technology integration.

    - beyond the bell – what does this mean, what types of digital tools and devices can be used with learners to encourage learning beyond the bell such as: broader the broader technology tools of microsoft tools - flipgrid, digital notebooks on one note and more.

    - going beyond the key stage and taking students off the conveyor belt to give them a choice-driven education inspired by the things they are passionate about

    - Going beyond the walls - 1.How does using technology both in the classroom and taking the classroom to the world benefit student learning and play an important part in the recovery curriculum?

    - Going beyond the tools – Is going beyond the tools we use for technology integration important for holistic and inclusive education and why?

    - Going beyond the due date - flexibility, is it a good strategy for teachers to use right now by allowing students to ‘go beyond the due date’ and in taking their learning further?

    In this week's episode I am joined by Angela Laderach.  

    Angela teaches at an international school in Switzerland and has been a primary teacher for 14 years. Angela has also taught in 5 different countries. In her career she has been a lead teacher, maths and IT coordinator, and NQT mentor. She holds a masters degree in general education but specialises in creative projects which spark student's interests and lead them to developing their learning on their own initiative, creating richer and deeper learning experiences.

    In this episode we will discuss the importance of the words we speak as teachers of young children and how we can change them to develop a growth mindset through questions such as;

    - How does mentorship from a colleague make you a better educator?

    - Thoughts on leadership, choice or a title?

    - Why disruption is an important term in education right now?

    My guest this week is Toya Are. Toya is the Deputy Head of Primary and Curriculum at CES Egypt.     - Leadership talk; what do school leaders really want to see when they walk into a classroom?
    - The emphasis on giving grades and why they are not as important as the actual learning experiences that students should have. Or are they?
