    Welcome to the Teacherlance Podcast

Hello! Welcome to Teacherlance Podcast! This podcast introduces the ideologies behind the podcast on sharing the teaching journey of our host Madison. Madison shares her journey on why becoming a teacher is important along with the struggles of becoming a teacher during a global pandemic.
We all know that teaching is one of the most stressful and underpaid professions in the United States. Especially during a global pandemic and a teaching shortage on low salary wages. The goals of the podcast are to share the stories and struggles of teachers, allowing teachers across the globe to not feel alone.
I hope that this podcast inspires other teachers struggling with income on side hustles or alternative methods outside of the classroom to provide for their lifestyles, families, and students.
