I have a question too: I really want into infused oils (green herb oils, garlic confit, chilli oils), on my research I keep stumbling on botulism risks and notice, that a lot of people give very different advice on how to manage these risks. So my question is, how big is the botulism risk and how do we best manage it? Why is it so misunderstood?

I am a rare oldie who listens and loves Adam’s podcast. I have been a YouTube subscriber for a couple of years. I love Adam’s curiosity and the skill he shows in diving deep into the subjects he covers.What more to say really except listen and subscribe if you like interesting and quirky podcasts that will give you lots of stuff to annoy your friends with.

Adam makes good cooking videos. Solid tutorials for recipes. If you like the cooking videos, I cannot recommend this podcast at all. One half of the podcast is pretty good content about food stuff. The other half feels like him masturbating his ego. ~“I am a micro-celebrity!” ~“People recognize me when I’m out and about!” ~“If I made music it would be a success even if it’s bad because I’m so famous on youtube” If you want to listen to someone with 2mil subscribers compare himself to Johnny Depp to stroke his ego this podcast is for you. I’ve listened to 10 episodes.
