No wondering around verbally. Dr. Lion has a good communication style and ensures that even people outside the medical field (or similar) can latch on to the fundamental topic. I’m looking forward to more episodes to come. Would love to hear about the topic of intermittent fasting+women+muscle gain. There has been more content about the negatives sides of that topic.
