Stronger by Science offers everything a person interested in evidence-based fitness and first and foremost, its practical application for a healthy and exciting personal lifelong fitness journey. The hosts are superintelligent, well-spoken, witty and genuinely funny, the topics range from fitness-related to pretty much anything else including culinary stuff and how the eels multiply, yet remaining relevant and informative, the guests are quite amazing as well!
