這個Podcast的名稱This Sh*t Is Bananas是一種英文口語的說法，bananas在這裡的意思像crazy，所以這句話通常是用來形容一件瘋狂的事。對我來說，決定自己製作Podcast這件事絕對可以定義為bananas!
現在的我，令自己訝異。 現在的我，如果有機會和10年前的我對話，那個我應該會覺得ummm...who are you? Waaait , are you going through some kind of midlife crisis?! 但其實，現在的我，很。開。心！近年來因為終於鼓起勇氣離開自己的舒適圈，突破許多既有的生活習慣、想法、態度等等，慢慢的過得越來越自在、開心。本身就喜歡跟人聊天的我，想用閒聊這種舒服、自然的方式，跟更多人分享我的故事和一路來許多意想不到的收穫，希望能鼓勵或幫助到感覺迷惘，或是很想改變卻很怕改變的妳。同時，也提供一個輕鬆的空間，給還沒當媽媽的輕熟女或熟女們，無過濾的聊各種話題。清醒｜微醺｜酒醉狀況下和閨蜜們聊得到的，這裡都聽得到。把我想像成妳的空中酒友吧～

Hey Cynthia, I thought I’d be the first to leave a review here;) love your initiative, your energy and your attitude! I saw Ed shared your podcast on fb, it hit home the minute I started to listen to it!:D it’s fun it’s real so many women lead these kinds of lifestyles these days and so many women out there could be benefited from hearing these stories and experiences, not to mention it is entertaining:)
My immediate thought was oh man this is me!!! I can totally relate to everything you talked about and I thought maybe we could collaborate haha I do have my share of stories and I’m surrounded by a bunch of happy single ladies with their stories and experiences!
For now, well done, keep going and can’t wait to hear more!
