    Core Foundations

    Core Foundations

    This class is a stabilizing, grounding class with an emphasis on movement with breath. We focus on balance and core stability. This class is appropriate for all levels experience. A block or two can be helpful as well as a blanket, however no props are necessarily required.  The audio in the beginning of class is a little soft so I would suggest turning up your volume, specifically for the first few minutes. I hope you enjoy your session!
