We all know that throughout history the perception of beauty and attractiveness has been manipulated and shaped by the different trends. Thankfully, today there are many movements that bring awareness about this topic and encourage body positivity. However, I still find that we are still very submerged in a culture that idolizes "sexiness" and "attractiveness" to a very unattainable point. Today I challenge you to reflect on what it really means being attractive, on what ACTUALLY is attractive about a person and how you can reflect that attractiveness in yourself.

How to feel good in your own skin
