    Let's chat about diet culture. Diet culture exploits our deepest fears and desires. It sneaks into our lives, making us believe we are not worthy unless we are striving to fit into the unrealistic, unattainable, and/or unhealthy "thin is best" societal ideals of beauty. We don't get to "opt in" but we DO have the option to "opt out". Have you ever stopped to consider that food and body obsession might not be your fault? How has diet culture impacted your life? Rejecting these messages from diet culture is crucial in order to cultivate a more peaceful relationship with food and your body. What would life be like if you could finally stop obsessing over food and your body?
