In this episode, Dr Terri Foran joins us to share just why our mental health changes so much during perimenopause and what we can do to get the support we need.

Dr Terri Foran is a Sexual Health Physician and holds the position of Conjoint Senior Lecturer in the School of Women’s and Children’s Health at UNSW Sydney. She is in private clinical practice and is also engaged in both clinical and research work at the Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney.
