Today, amid reports of Russia using intercontinental ballistic missiles against Ukraine for the first time, we look at the impact of Kyiv firing British-made Storm Shadow missiles, and hear from a Ukrainian MP about his views on the peace deal and why Kyiv’s use of long-range weapons is well within international law.
