When did Jeffrey Adler get good at running?

Jeffrey Adler had a 1st place in Helena and a 2nd place in the 5KM run at the 2023 CrossFit Games.  He also had an epic sound bit in a post event interview where he asked the world, "You guys are surprised I can run, huh?".  In this video we go back to 5 years to and look at all the running events Jeffrey Adler has competed in, including past CrossFit Games, Rogue Invitationals, Dubai Fitness Championships, and others, to see when Adler stopped struggling with running.
