The Hampshire beauty spot of Farley Mount Country Park, located near the city of Winchester, is a popular destination in daylight hours for families, joggers and dog walkers, whilst of the evening, it takes on a different kind of visitor - couples, and the voyeuristic who enjoy watching these for their own gratification. During the 1990's, it was also the scene of several disturbing incidents and attacks by an offender who to this day, remains at large, having never faced justice.
