Brock Wilbur and Alex Kane are back. This time: a division in the Force! Two games were released back to back that had were basically the same, but from wildly different perspectives. X-Wing and TIE-Fighter are both space plane dogfight games. One comes from the perspective of the good guys; the other got more complicated and sold the bad guys as good guys. Welcome to the first X-Wingin' It! Alex Kane and Brock Wilbur talk about Shadows of the Empire from 1996. The N64 title was part of a transmedia adventure that explored the period between Empire and Return. Dash Rendar (who is absolutely not a knock-off Han Solo) goes on a mission to save a kidnapped princess. It's not as bad as it sounds.
