With a career spanning over three decades, he’s an eight time Gemini award winner while working due to his insightful commentary and engaging interviews. Perhaps most famously known for his role as host of Hockey Night in Canada and co-host of Coaches Corner alongside Don Cherry but has covered everything from The Olympics and horse racing to Rogers Hometown Hockey. He’s a husband, referee, author and is hands down the best sportscaster on the planet. His passion for the game, combined with his genuine love for storytelling, has made him a beloved figure and he is 100 percent on my Canadian Mount Rushmore.
