We are back with another case series; "A 55-year-old male with severe chest pain for 2 hours".  What might be the differentials? What is the diagnosis? How can we manage it?   Lets hear it from Laxmi and Kamana, who have well put together history, examinations and investigations to reach to a provisional diagnosis and discussing more about it.   We are thankful for: 1. Davidson's Principles and Practice of Medicine - 23rd edition                                 2. Hutchinson's Clinical Methods - 24th edition                                 3. Robbins and Cotran Pathologic Basis of Disease    We would like to offer our special thanks to Dr. Amrit Bogati for his input and guidance to the case. Dr. Bogati is a renowned Cardiologist at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center and HAMS Hospital.   Our very great appreciation to Mr. Aashish, the man behind the scene for his art of editing and making the episode more presentable to the audience.   Follow us on our social handles for the latest updates:  https://twitter.com/podcastNAIHS  https://www.instagram.com/podcastnaihs/  https://www.facebook.com/podcastNAIHS/  What more topic would you like us to cover?  Do comment below or write to us as podcastnaihs@gmail.com  Thank you!  Happy learning!  #caseseries #podcast #podcastnaihs #behindwhitecoats #cardiology #MI #unstableangina #myocardialinfarction #heartattack #emergency #chestpain
