EP. 36 Your Reminder To Let Go So You Can Clear Your Mind From Unwanted Stressors

LET....IT....GO!!! Ok easier said than done, however the perks of doing this are second to none. Holding on to negative experiences can wreak havoc on your mental wellbeing. I am not talking about long-term stressors or trauma. I am talking about those little day to day moments that can pop up and really f*ck up your day. Being late for work because of traffic, receiving a shi**y email, an argument with a partner, spilling your morning cappuccino down your white shirt.... these kind of experiences! It is easy to react but it is better to breathe, take note and respond. Some situations are just out of our control however, what is within our control is how we respond to these. If you typically hold on to these emotions - anger, blame, frustration then this podcast is for you! ******** If you have enjoyed this episode, please support me by subscribing and leaving a review as this really does go a long way. Do you sometimes feel like you have forgotten to have fun? Perhaps your job requires a certain level of authority and "seriousness" that has taken over into your personal life... or perhaps you have just forgotten how to simply have fun within your day to day life. Having fun and 'play time' is hugely beneficial for mental wellbeing and unleashing your creative side. Life has become work work work and so it is no wonder they come to seek my coaching to help them navigate poor health and lifestyle choices, stress and fatigue. EP.34 Dealing With Forever Changing Change And How To Manage The Emotions

Change can be freaking scary no matter how little or large the change may be. The human brain likes routine, structure and familiarity. When something happens to cause a kink in our usual routine, it can send the brain into overdrive and may even cause a complete break down. (I'm picturing a computer overheating and exploding!) Thing is, change is very normal and very common. We will experience change throughout our entire lifetime. Jobs, homes, partners, pets, cars, gyms, friendships, diets and so on. Negative bias individuals struggle even more with change as they place a heavy focus on the negative outcomes especially when the change is still in the future. This way of thinking can lead to overwhelming stress, anxiety, worry or depression. To get a grip on change, we must understand the different types and how we mentally approach future thinking. In this episode I discuss potential areas of improvement for change management and how to embrace your whirlwind of a life without going into complete melt down. ******** If you have enjoyed this episode, please support me by subscribing and leaving a review as this really does go a long way. EP.33 How To Overcome Shyness By Unlocking The Power Of Your Own Mind

If anyone knows how it feels to be a 'shy girl', it's me! Since high school I was the shy one.  An extreme blusher who did anything she could to prevent being faced with awkward and uncomfortable situations. This also meant I held myself back in many areas of my life. The blushing, shyness and feeling immature continued right through to my late 20's and further impacted my social life and career. As an ambitious woman, I saw this as a huge problem. In the past few years, and since diving deep into the world of NLP, I have had my own transformation. I no longer believe to be a 'shy girl'. In fact I now see myself as a 'try girl'. Open to new experiences, ready to embrace my fears and no longer afraid of other peoples opinions. This had enabled me to start living life with more passion, purpose and joy. In this episode I share with you what I believe to be the key process for a 'shy to try transformation'.  As with anything, this does not happen overnight....  But once you understand the power of your own mind and how to unlock your own potential.... it makes for a wonderful starting point to becoming who you truly want to be, away from those shy girl chains. ******** If you have enjoyed this episode, please support me by subscribing and leaving a review as this really does go a long way.
