What are the most common things that I get as feedback from my audience when it comes to what is holding them back or what their biggest block is it’s motivation. how to get motivated? how do you find motivation? my questions for you is what is motivation to you? motivation is a broad term with so many factors that are a part of it so what part of motivation are you lacking the energy side of things are you unable to find the courage to get over the fear side of motivation fear of what others will think of you when you start working hard on your business or you start a new project etc. some things that motivate me our routine exercise eating clean reading podcast creating podcasts learning and growing it’s all the things that make me feel good and energized and happy so motivational really goes as deep as the food that we’re putting into your body you have to become aware first of why you’re not feeling motivated is there something going on in your personal life that is taking your energy are you focusing on having to clean your house rather than working on that new project or going to the gym are you feeling unmotivated because you ate like poop and it had a bottle of wine last night? so many factors play into motivation and I am chatting about them all on this episode I really hope you enjoy.
