We Got Nervous Making This Podcast -- Stage Fright

Who Can Relate? Podcast

Last week, we talked about social anxiety as a whole. This week, we're focusing specifically on performance anxiety, also known as stage fright. We delve into the causes, personal testimonies of facing and overcoming this anxiety, and discuss ways to overcome it as well as why it's important to face it rather than avoiding performances.
