Get ready for a bit of a fiery, unfiltered pep talk where we are calling out the belief that we are alone in having seasons and cycles where sh*t hits the fan and we feel lost! As many of you know, 2024 has been a massive year of messy transformation and it left me feeling singled out, broken, and confused. However, I have come to realize that moving through periods of confusion, messiness, and uncertainty are a part of the human experience, can actually be really beautiful, and everyone moves through them. Allow this conversation to be the loving reminder that you are doing just fine and that these moments of confusion are a beautiful invitation for curiosity and adventure.
