Extending Care to 21

In this episode we hear directly from three amazing, care-experienced young people about their views of extending care to 21 (having a supported placement that is provided by the government up to 21). This is an important issue within the care sector and is a discussion worth listening to in order to better understand some of the challenges faced by those transitioning from care.
