First impressions of Syracuse basketball: Old and new shine in 2024-25 season exhibition opener

Syracuse Sports

Brent Axe gives some first impressions of Syracuse basketball on a live episode of Syracuse Sports presented by Crouse Health.

Hofstra transfer point guard Jaquan Carlos was certainly a player who stood out with 14 points and 10 assists. Axe describes how his game and style of play is refreshing and how it could translate against better competition. Brent also discusses the many lineup changes put out by SU head coach Adrian Autry and other players that stood out against Clarion at the JMA Dome on Saturday afternoon.

Axe also reacted to opinions on the game from Syracuse Sports Insiders!
