There are not many problems more serious in the workplace (and life) than a person who lacks true awareness of their own incompetency at a skill. This can impact everything in a business. People. Money. Customers and more.

There are people who are unaware that they are bad and something AND they thing they are fantatstic at it. They don’t anyone telling them how to improve. In reality, they are too stupid to know they are bad at the skill in question.
