Be aware and not suppress

Alright alright alright

Often times we suppress our emotions to prevent being in our heads and overthinking though suppressing doesn’t do any help. Suppressing is another generational curse to be broken, we cannot go on pretending like nothing happened. Especially a traumatic experience. Do yourself a favor and service by not suppressing, express how you feel on your journal(should you have one) or therapist (should you have one) partner or close friend.
