Changing Mindsets: Teacher and Leader Development

Henry Anumudu and I sat down to discuss his experience at the Teach for Nigeria program. We answered questions like who is a teacher? What is the role of a teacher in a developing community? We discussed ideas on key focus areas in teacher training to improve teaching outcomes in Nigeria public schools.
