Chelsea and her content are a blessing. I wish everybody heard this. She gives easy, clear, and creative advice. She's engaging and fresh. She's not afraid to be authentic and fun. I have been dieting for 4 months now and I can easily keep doing it because of this podcast and how much I get from it. Thank you so much!
