I explore unspoken topics surrounding 'love', friendships, body image, adulting and real life experiences. Being a millennial is hard but I am going to try help you understand that you're not alone (or going crazy) by speaking to some amazing individuals about their opinion on certain topics by sharing their beautiful experiences.     EPISODE WITH MY BESTTTTEST!!  Katherine has supported me through more things than you could ever imagine and forgets to ever reflect on how far she has come herself. She speaks about how she packed her bags and moved to Malta, her antics as a crazy teen and the beautiful story of being a young mother and not changing it for the world. Conversations digress into the pressures of being a mum and expectations that are raised through social media. She is so head strong and passionate about being kind to everyone and how becoming a mother has changed her out look on life, I am very grateful to do life with her.     ON REFLECTION if Boris let me out of lockdown, I wouldn't never use Zoom audio quality as an excuse HOWEVERRR I am so obsessed/grateful with the conversations I had with Bobby, Katherine, Gianluca, Jacob and Renee. 5 people who I am so lucky to call my close friends.  I pride myself in not being Pier Morgan Life Stories - I love how RAW these conversations are exploring topics around male body image to advice on my 20's. When I say there was no prep other than being aware of the focused topic, I really do mean it. Can we all pat myself on the back for getting all this up and running, recorded and created in 7 days - *AMEN*. I promise to try an edit these down to fit your 30 minute walks/commutes unless I believe YOU NEED to hear the words of wisdom.  Series 1 - we are learning; myself to be better and for you guys to know you are not alone in feeling or experiencing the things you do.
