Episode 9: Social change through the perspective of self- with Alexandra Cachia

SACRED ART TEMPLE podcast Podcast

On this episode of Massive Source Podcast-

we join Alexandra Cachia and I talk about social change through connectedness to self and nature, we dive deeper into intimacy, non sexual touch and the work Alexandra has immersed herself in as a social activist, journeying through her own journey from a point of separation standing for causes, then creating solutions through her participation and creative work for supressed groups and many causes. She finally landed into the deep dive of deep ecology from within, touching upon the grief of being separated from the earth and self, and how collectively we can connect more to eachother, the planet we are currently living on through our nature as a human being- in relation to others and the earth.

ABOUT ALEXANDRA CACHIA:  founded in early 2016 by founder Alexandra Cachia from her passion for community and nature. Growing up as an activist and environmentalist, her journey took her through different worlds. From the corporate world to experiencing worldwide travel that eventually led her on inner journey. Through self-development work and her passion to support a more peaceful and greener world, she discovered the world of permaculture.

Her whole journey led her to the understanding that our basic human need of community and connection is the way forward in a happier and healthier world. Based on Joanna Macey's philosophy of Deep Ecology, Alexandra enjoys bringing people together into space that offer safety to be self-expressive, play and develop, while connecting with ourselves, each other and nature.

The events and services offer participants spaces to be their authentic selves, freedom, and courage to step into vulnerability to connect with others, themselves and our natural environment.
