You guys make me laugh nearly everyday when I’m walking towards school and people look at me like an idiot. Great format, took a long time to find a suitable fitness podcast, but yours is definitely the best combo of humor and knowledge. If you happen to pick mine for the t-shirt thingie Dont really mind if you cant send one to the santa claus country (Finland) keep on rockin!

Stop the political idiocy

Should be a health & fitness podcast but one of the guys (Sal) won't shut up about his libertarian views and is one of those dumb Americans who is obsessed with Venezuela. Hey Sal, stop ignoring the great social democracies like Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, etc, all of which are consistently at the top of the world rankings in terms of competitiveness, education, social programs, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship. Please STFU about Venezuela, you know that it was a corrupt, one-resource economy. Enjoy your garbage public transport and enormous student loans.

Check them out

These guys are amazing. Plenty of awesome information in a way that is easy to digest and entertainment value off the roof. I have personally bought one of their maps programs and my results in the gym have gone way up.

Ps. Check their YouTube channel. It's full of awesome free information.
