Sleepless in Finland
Love this! I used to listen to MHP or the Sesh falling asleep. Your familiar and comforting voices really helped with my anxiety since I’ve been going through some hard times the last few years. I also find nature documentaries to be very calming and comforting. Needless to say, I think the concept of Planet Sleep is amazing ❤️
Not for the climate anxious
Looove the concept and execution of this pod, but I wish the nature stories didn’t discuss the current climate emergency. I’ve been struggling with major climate anxiety recently, so I’ve found instead of relaxing this pod often has had the opposite effect for me. Climate change is an important issue but I feel like a sleeping pod is maybe the wrong format for climate awareness. If there’s other people struggling with extreme climate anxiety, I’d recommed trying another pod :(
Really looking forward to this
This will be sooo awesome, thanks Josh!
From Finland with love~
