Alex's Chocolate chip cookie recipe
\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\
230g Cake Flour
27g AP Flour
5g Kosher Salt
8g Corn Starch
6g Baking Soda
1.25 cups (2.5 sticks) Unsalted Butter
285g Brown Sugar
115g White Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Egg Yolks
100g Walnuts
450g chopped chocolate bars (mix of milk chocolate and dark)
Mix wet, mix dry, combine together, add chocolate and walnuts, refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven for 375F. Bake 6oz cookie balls on sheet tray for 23 minutes sprinkling generously with flake salt halfway through.
I've also been experimenting with creating Nutella "wafers" in the freezer to bake sandwiched inside the cookie dough. I press a bit of Nutella between two sheets of Parchment paper, then freeze until solid. Cut cookie dough in half and insert Nutella wafer before baking.

How Facing His Anxiety & OCD Ultimately Set News Anchor Bryan Piatt Free

The disparity between his perfect external presentation and his quiet internal suffering grew until he could take it no more. He chose to stop running and hiding from his mental illness, and instead integrated the diagnoses into his life, ultimately setting him free and starting him on a healing journey that turned into becoming a therapist specializing in OCD and Anxiety. Please join us for this powerful conversation and get ready to fall in love.

Is your sex drive disparity causing problems in your relationship?
In this episode, Dr. Talia and Doug tackle one of the most common relationship problems; mismatched sex drives. In many couples, there is one individual with a more robust libido, who feels enough burning desire for intimacy that they are the default initiator, often creating a pursuer and distancer dynamic, leaving one member of the couple feeling undesirable and rejected and the other member of the couple feeling overwhelmed, maybe even avoidant, and generally terrible that they are not able to satisfy their partner. We share 12 great conversations starters to connect with your partner around libido compatibility and sexual desires, and we go over many potential causes of the libido mismatch. Tune in to your one stop shop relationship meets mental health podcast, and thank you for tuning in every week!!
