04 Joellah Olivia – Motherhood And Mental Health

B-U Find Your Greatness Podcast Podcast

We’re joined by Joellah Olivia, an actress, model, and mental health advocate who founded The Creative Link to encourage creativity as therapy.

We discuss all things motherhood and mental health including postnatal depression and baby loss. Joellah talks about thriving despite being diagnosed with anxiety, depression, BPD (EUPD), as well as autoimmune conditions and idiopathic intracranial hypertension.

We also discuss what it means to be resilient and the power of sharing your story not only as a therapeutic release for yourself but also to benefit other’s going through similar challenging experiences.

This was a very vulnerable and open discussion and you can check the show notes to follow up on the Azarie Jordan foundation, The Creative Link, and more.
