This episode is sort of a continuation on the last episode with BlandyYeet on how to form lifelong habits, or just the struggles of doing so. How do we make these big changes in our lifestyle to live the life that we want or make the changes we know we should be making. In this episode I just share some of my thoughts and give some of my real-life examples of things I struggle with, things I've tried, and my perspective on the whole idea of becoming a more effective person, a more true version of myself. I think this whole topic is fascinating because there is so much happening in the world, in your life, in your day, that it can be difficult and seem downright impossible at times to make these lasting changes that you know you want to and should be doing.
