    A cry for help comes in different forms. It is not up to us to decide if someone is okay or not. As friends and good people in this world, it is important that we try our best to support those in need of emotional and mental support. Depression is a storm that can come in many forms and can appear different amongst all people no matter their race or lifestyle. Depression is not a choice or a way of life, it's a curse that affects more people than we know. In this episode, I speak about the need to seek the signs of a cry for help, and how we can self-evaluate for our own sanity.

Healing can be out of the ordinary sometimes but with pain comes recovery. In this episode, I talk about trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you've fallen from the top.
