Her Smile in a Story Ft Wanda Lopez

Wanda is a woman`s trauma and mental health advocate. She is first-generation, 30 year Latina woman, mother of two boys and is currently pursuing her degree of Psychology. She had her fair share of her own trauma since childhood. I loved having this conversation with her, where she embraced who she is now as an adult. All of us had darkness and have been in survival mode since a child. This honest conversation of healing and changing the narrative of her story with a smile is truly empowering.
