Eye-opening, inspiring, and insightful

Of all the podcasts I’ve listened to, I don’t think I’ve found one that was more worth my time. Both the hosts have a wealth of knowledge, and a way of getting really interesting insights out of complex topics. On top of that, I appreciate the heart, warmth, and compassion that goes into he show. I love the Rick and Forrest episodes, but they’ve also had on some really excellent guests. This all sounds hyperbolic, but really, these guys have caused me to rethink my view of the mind, the self, emotions, and reality in, I think, some beneficial ways. Thanks for the awesome work.
Mental safety

I came across your podcast when I was looking for someday I could save myself from myself. Over the last few years my life has been turned upside down due to many factors and my mental health along with my hormones started to play havoc. I could not help myself and when I tried I kept making matters worse. I now go to a therapist 2 times a month and I am on medication and I am beginning to see clearer now. But the task of fixing me and my habits and my way of thinking is so difficult. I find your words of wisdom very very helpful. Thank you. You are doing a great service
