I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2019 as a young adult. I'm outside of big towns in which i would have easy access to therapists, so i've been recommended methods by psych professionnals. I found this podcast by chance, and it helps me so much. I'm able to hold it together a little. I can only hope that if I was born in another decade, Jessica would've hosted a daytime radio show perhaps? Broadcasted from her home? I cannot imagine the struggles that the women in my family went through as stay-at-home parents.
